2008 Public Flu Clinic Information

2008 VACCINE PRICES:
Influenza: $28
Pneumococcal: $45
Tetanus/Diphtheria: $30
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis: $55

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We will bill Medicare for the influenza and pneumococcal vaccines, but members of HMOs must pay for the vaccine by case or check and file for their reimbursement. Those who already receive services on a sliding fee scale at the health department or Gifford Health Center should go to the clinic for their vaccination(s). Those who are homebound and are not able to attend a flu clinic should call the Flu Clinic Information Line at 772-794-7400 ext. 2430 to leave a message, and one of our volunteer nurses will return your call.
